Our pipeline for 2023 looks robust. The most significant change, as can be expected, was a rise in our base rate to 11% for income deals and 12% for land. It took a minute, but the market has responded positively, if not reluctantly, accepting our new rates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"reader-text-block__paragraph\" style=\"margin: 1.6rem 0px;padding: var(--artdeco-reset-base-padding-zero);border: var(--artdeco-reset-base-border-zero);font-size: var(--font-size-large);vertical-align: var(--artdeco-reset-base-vertical-align-baseline);background-color: #ffffff;line-height: 1.75\">We are bullish on the single-tenant market.
