Graham Mortgage Corporation has been in business in Dallas since 1987.
Founder and Chairman
Joe formed GMC and affiliates in 1978. Joe remains active in directing the company and managing investor relationships. In addition to his full time duties at Graham, Joe serves on many charitable boards in Dallas including, the Camp John Marc Foundation (As Chairman) and The Ronald McDonald Foundation, as well as an Advisory Member of the Dallas Foundation. Joe is also a past member of the Allocation Committee of the Greater Dallas United Way Fund and the Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance.
Dean became President of Graham Mortgage Corporation in January 2013. He has been with Graham since 2006. Dean has a 35 year tenure as commercial loan underwriter and originator. Over 27 of those years have been spent in Dallas. In addition to his duties as President, Dean remains in his role as loan originator responsible for sourcing and underwriting new loan opportunities.
Scott A. Morris
Scott joined Graham in 2011. He has over 20 years experience in the local real estate market spanning home building, commercial development and master planned community development. Scott is responsible for the disposition of the company’s REO portfolio, generating new loans and identifying opportunities for the company to provide debt and/or equity for development projects.
Linda is a Vice President overseeing all GMC transactions and closings. Linda is a long time real estate professional starting her career in 1971. She has an extensive background in real estate title work where she served as a manager and trainer. Linda has been with Graham since 2007 and is very familiar with each individual asset owned or managed by our company.
Bookkeeping and Investor Accounting
Shelia has been with Graham since 1988. She is involved in the day to day cash management of Graham and affiliates. Shelia keeps track of company accounting including payroll, our investors’ needs and lot partnerships on a daily cash basis as well as coordinating all reporting including tax preparation.
Theresa has been with Graham since 2003. She is responsible for all billing to borrowers, processing investor cash requests, borrower draw requests and processing new loan requests.
Jennifer has been with Graham since 2006. She came to Graham after starting her career as a property manager and leasing specialist for a multifamily firm. Jennifer assists in the accounting functions, property management and loan administration, as well as special projects.
Director of Operations
Adam joined Graham in 2017. He has over ten years’ experience underwriting first lien debt, mezzanine debt and equity transactions of various commercial real estate property types. Additionally, he has experience with the operations and rehabilitation work in multifamily properties. Adam’s responsibilities include underwriting, market research and internal operations.
